appointment cancelation policy

Here at Ritual Esthetics we understand that things may come up requiring appointment & scheduling adjustments. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancelations.

Please understand that when you cancel or forget to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list don’t have the opportunity to receive services. Appointment reminders are sent via text message or email multiple times prior to your appointment in order to give an adequate amount of time to cancel or reschedule if need be.

Terms are listed below:

  • Less than 24 hour notice of cancelation/reschedule will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • Appointments that are made within the 24 hour period & end up needing to cancel must cancel within 4 hours prior to appointment. If not, a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be applied.

  • A valid credit card is required while booking any appointment(s). Nothing will be charged until the end of your service.

This cancelation policy allows enough time to inform clients on our waitlist of schedule openings.
